The Globalstar Transportable Car Kit is a convenient, ready-to-go package accessory for the GSP-1600 Handheld Phone that houses and protects the GCK-1410 Car Kit. The GPDK-1410 allows users to easily transport the car kit components to and from various locations in a lightweight, compact carrying case without the inconvenience of full installation. The Transportable Car Kit is the ideal solution for multiple users who want to enjoy the same voice and data capabilities that the GCK-1410 Car Kit offers, but require a more mobile and flexible format

  Data cable connects the handset to a computer or PDA device using the RS232 (serial) port, for remote access to the Internet, e-mail and private networks. A USB Port Adaptor (USB-232ADPT) is required for devices that do not feature a RS232 port. Kit includes installation software CD for the enhanced satellite data services offered by OCENS and Globalstar Europe.
