Description:

Aoyue Int883 Infrared Preheater. Quartz Heater AOYUE Int883 is designed for PCBs reballing in large boards, such as motherboards laptops, consoles XBOX360, PS3. Large heating surface of AOYUE Int883  not deforming boards when heated. It is possible to programm heating profiles for the stations taking into account the increase of temperature and time.

 
Features:

● 310x310 mm effective pre-heating area. Minimizes warping on larger sized boards.
● 1500 Watts Ultra-High power heating element. Significantly shortens time to reach desired working temperature.
● Closed loop control. Sensor can be attached to the board for a more accurate temperature feedback.
● Triple sensor system enables us to monitor both top and bottom board temperature while adjusting the internal heater temperature.
● Multi-Point board holder. Secure fit for various board sizes and shapes. Effectively minimizes BGA balls shorting together due to board warping.
● Programmable 6 segment reworking profile. Set and store the desired duration and temperature to ensure high success rate for repetitive reworks.
● Pre-Heater is compatible with hot air or Infra-red style top heaters. Compatible with Lead free solder, RoHS compliant, CE and ESD Safe equipment.
● Software pre-set temperature limits and shutdown to protect against overheat and errors.
