Description:
Paste fluxes for lead free soldering. Designed for PCB repair works and for soldering SMD components, especially the BGA circuits. Characterised by good wettability of soldered surfaces. Three types of fluxes are offered.The AWSLF4200TF/35 is a water based flux.
The flux residues must be removed by means of washing agents on the water base. This flux is used for mounting circuits in the BGA, PGA, PLCC, QFP, CSP cases.
